RCS Messaging Consent (Opt-In) Policy

Dream Learn Quiz LLP (“Dream Quiz”, “we”) may communicate with users via RCS (Rich Communication Services) Business Messages and related messaging channels where available. This policy explains message types, consent, frequency, privacy, and how to opt out.

Depending on your relationship with Dream Quiz and your preferences, message categories may include:

• OTP — one-time passwords and verification codes for secure sign-in or sensitive actions.
• Transaction alerts — confirmations related to payments, wallet activity, or account security.
• Contest notifications — updates about contests or paid events you have joined or are eligible for.
• Rewards — notices about rewards or benefits tied to your account activity where applicable.
• Promotional messages — offers, product updates, and marketing content sent only after explicit user consent.

You may opt in to promotional RCS or similar marketing messages by taking an affirmative action such as checking a clearly labelled consent box during registration or in account settings, or replying with an affirmative keyword where that channel is offered. Pre-ticked boxes are not used for promotional consent.

Transactional and OTP messages are sent as needed to operate your account securely. Promotional message frequency is limited to a reasonable volume and will not be excessive; exact cadence may vary based on campaigns and your engagement.

Consent for promotional messaging is specific, informed, and withdrawable. Continuing to use Dream Quiz does not by itself constitute consent to promotional RCS. Declining or withdrawing promotional consent does not affect your ability to receive necessary transactional messages.

Phone numbers and messaging preferences are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share only what is necessary with messaging providers to deliver messages you are eligible to receive.

You may withdraw promotional consent at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe / STOP instructions included in promotional messages where available.
• Updating communication preferences in your Dream Quiz account settings (when available).
• Emailing support@dreamquizs.com or privacy@dreamquizs.com from your registered email with the subject “Opt out of promotional RCS”.

We will process opt-out requests promptly. You may still receive transactional messages required for account security and operations.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply for RCS, SMS, or related messaging. Dream Quiz does not control carrier charges.

We may use third-party messaging platforms and aggregators to deliver RCS and related messages. Those providers process delivery data under contractual obligations and applicable law.
