By accessing or using Dream Quiz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) with Dream Learn Quiz LLP (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are a minor as defined under applicable law, you may use the platform only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users’ experience.
• Share accounts, scrape content unlawfully, or reverse engineer protected systems except as permitted by law.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the platform for fraud, exam malpractice facilitation, or any illegal purpose.

Dream Quiz provides online practice, mock tests, study-related features, wallets, and related services. Features may change as we improve the product. Practice content and analytics are educational tools and do not guarantee selection in any official examination.

Paid features, plans, or contest entries may require payment through authorised payment gateways. Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and billing descriptors will be shown at checkout where relevant. You authorise us and our payment partners to process payments you initiate.

If Dream Quiz offers a wallet or similar balance, funds are for permitted platform uses only (such as eligible entries or purchases). Wallet balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and may be subject to limits, verification, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Dream Quiz name, logos, software, UI, question banks, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, lawful preparation purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Quiz and Dream Learn Quiz LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or exam outcomes arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 if no such payment applies — except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
