Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be issued for Dream Quiz services operated by Dream Learn Quiz LLP. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

Successful wallet top-ups generally credit your Dream Quiz wallet for permitted platform uses. Refund of unused wallet balance is not guaranteed and, where offered, may require identity/payment verification and deduction of payment gateway charges or applicable taxes as permitted by law and gateway rules.

Entry fees for contests, paid mocks, or similar paid events are generally non-refundable once the entry is confirmed and the event has started or your attempt has begun — except where required by law or where Dream Quiz cancels the event.

If we cancel a paid event before it starts, we will refund the entry fee to wallet or original payment method as reasonably practicable.

If a payment is deducted by your bank or wallet provider but Dream Quiz does not receive confirmation or credit your account, contact support with the payment reference. We will investigate with the payment gateway. On confirmation of a failed or duplicate capture without corresponding service credit, we will initiate a refund as per gateway timelines.

Refunds may be considered for:

• Duplicate successful charges for the same order.
• Paid services cancelled by Dream Quiz before delivery.
• Verified technical failures preventing access to a paid service that we cannot remediate.
• Other cases required under applicable consumer law.

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after a digital service has been delivered or substantially consumed, or for dissatisfaction with exam performance.

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it within 5–7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time (often 5–10 business days) to reflect the credit. Wallet credits, where applicable, may appear sooner.

• You may cancel an unpaid checkout at any time before successful payment.
• Subscriptions or recurring plans (if offered) may be cancelled to stop future renewals according to the plan terms shown at purchase.
• Cancelling an account does not automatically refund past purchases unless eligible under this policy.

For refund requests, email support@dreamquizs.com with your registered email, transaction ID, amount, date, and a brief description. Business hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
